During the onboarding process, we will partner with your nominated “Automation Workflow Expert”, to train them on the InTouch system. The Automation Workflow Expert will receive 3-5 online one-on-one training sessions to get deeply acquainted with our software, taking a train-the-trainer approach.
This approach means you hold a lot of knowledge internally, enabling the person to quickly and easily train other members of staff or make updates and changes in the system without support from InTouch.
