Our customers are growing law firms - the kind where the processes that worked for a handful of matters a month start to strain as the caseload climbs. Their clients expect to be kept informed, their regulators expect every step to be consistent and auditable, and their partners want to take on more work without being buried in admin.
InTouch is the case management platform built for them: it closes more matters with less management overhead, builds compliance and consistency into every workflow, keeps clients updated automatically, and connects everything from accounts to the client portal. We have served firms like these across six countries since 2015, and we onboard every one with a real person.
We are a small, ambitious team of under 10 people. This role exists because the warm pipeline is not the whole market - there are firms out there who would be better off on InTouch and do not yet know we exist, and we want someone who can go and find them.
The Role
This is a full-cycle sales role for an outcome oriented, high-agency individual who wants to build their own revenue stream from the top of the funnel. Unlike our Account Executive role, which manages our inbound leads, your role is not to wait for opportunities; you’ll create them.
This role requires far more breadth and depth than a pure closing function, and the reward is built to match: a base salary that reflects the investment required to build your pipeline, and an uncapped commission that rewards growth. If you are the consulting type of salesperson who understands that your outcomes result from your efforts and are controlled by your own actions, this is the role.
Your primary responsibility is for delivering your own sales from a pipeline you create by identifying opportunities through your network, strategic outreach, and events. You’ll own, manage and deliver market intelligence, building credibility at scale while quickly and selectively differentiating prospects. Once identified you’ll qualify them and deliver high standards through the entire process of discovery, demo, negotiation and close. You’ll be capable of maintaining data hygiene in the pipeline and high quality in all areas of communication. You’ll solve rather than escalate and provide clean fuss-free handovers to our client onboarding team to ensure a successful sale conversion.
Success in our marketplace relies on more than just sales techniques. Law firms are conservative, careful buyers who can sense when a consultant truly believes in their product. A consultant who truly masters our platform, understands the surrounding context perfectly and genuinely wants to solve the problems the prospect faces will always outsell one reciting a script.
We are looking for a self-reliant individual with the intellectual agility to self-learn the relevant legal landscape quickly, master our platform and contribute to the product roadmap. You’ll demonstrate commercial acumen when converting interest into signed contracts and must be capable of maintaining high standards of operational excellence without a manager dictating your next steps.

What You Will Do
Source your own pipeline
Build and work your own outbound motion - targeted prospecting, LinkedIn, events and referrals. You decide who is worth pursuing and you go and open the conversation. This is the part of the job the Account Executive does not do, and it is where you earn your commission.
Qualify honestly
InTouch is not right for every firm. A deal that closes and churns in six months helps nobody and costs you future commission. You will qualify hard and walk away from poor-fit prospects without being told to.
Run discovery and tailored demos
Understand the firm's world before you pitch - their current system, why they are looking, what the pain costs them - and build every demo around what you heard. A demo that lands is one that shows a firm their own problem being solved.
Negotiate and close
Own the commercial conversation through to signature, within the pricing and terms our co-founder sets. You close deals; you do not invent discounts or terms.
Hand off cleanly
Convert a signed deal into a well-prepared handoff to Customer Success. A customer who arrives confused is not a clean win, and clean handoffs are part of how we measure you.
Feed intelligence back
Your outbound conversations are a live read on the market - what firms fear, what competitors promise, what makes them switch. Capture it in a structured way; it sharpens our positioning and our roadmap.
What Success Looks Like
Month 1: You know the product, the ICP and our pricing. You have built your first target list and opened your first outbound conversations. Learning the product, able to demo.
Month 3: You are running a full self-sourced pipeline and closing your own deals end to end, without needing leads handed to you. Product mastery and flawless demos.
Month 12: You have a predictable, self-generated book of business and a closed-won record that makes the case for your own uncapped earnings
Who We Are Looking For
You are a hunter who can also close, and you have done both before. You have built a pipeline from a cold start - not just worked leads someone else generated - and carried a deal all the way to signature. You can point to specific firms or accounts you opened yourself.
You are entrepreneurial about your own number. You would rather own the whole funnel and live with the result than be handed a queue and a script. The uncapped commission is not a risk to you; it is the point.
You sell honestly to careful buyers. Law firms are precise, sceptical and slow to trust, and you know that pressure and overselling lose these deals rather than win them. You believe in what you sell, and it shows.
You write and speak clearly. Your outreach, your follow-ups and your proposals need to meet the standard a senior solicitor holds themselves to, or you’ll lose credibility and they may not reply.
Experience selling SaaS or technology into law firms or other professional-services buyers is a strong advantage, as is experience in a full-cycle role where you owned both prospecting and closing. But evidence that you can open doors and close deals matters more to us than a perfect CV.
