Our customers are growing law firms - the kind where the processes that worked for a handful of matters a month start to strain as the caseload climbs. Their clients expect to be kept informed, their regulators expect every step to be consistent and auditable, and their partners want to take on more work without being buried in admin.
InTouch is the case management platform built for them: it closes more matters with less management overhead, builds compliance and consistency into every workflow, keeps clients updated automatically, and connects everything from accounts to the client portal. We have served firms like these across six countries since 2015, and we onboard every one with a real person.
We are a small team of under 10. This role exists because our sales process works and we already have more qualified demand than the team can handle - we need someone to own and empty the day-to-day sales pipeline end to end.
The Role
This role owns the delivery of InTouch's proven sales process from first contact to signed contract. Our warm pipeline is overflowing with inbound leads from referrals, our marketing, and direct from our website. This role is not about cold calling or chasing leads that do not exist.
Our proven sales process is documented, repeatable, and currently converts 60% of demos into customers. What we need is someone who reads that and thinks, 'I can run with that,' not 'I will do it my way.'
It isn’t about the leads; it’s all about the product. You will need to rapidly learn our platform and all the context surrounding it. The more domain expertise you have already the better. We are looking for a self-reliant individual who takes pride in quality and detail, and possesses the intellectual agility to master new materials, processes, and concepts quickly. You will be capable of maintaining high standards of quality and delivering precision at high volume without a manager dictating your next steps.
Strong candidates will thrive on autonomy and deliver outcomes in a competitive environment where law firms buy on trust, not pressure. Building rapport with excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication is crucial. We are looking for someone comfortable acting independently—using creativity, commercial acumen, and operational excellence to maintain or improve our 60% conversion rate.
What You Will Do
Qualify inbound leads
Assess fit quickly and honestly. You will guide prospects and add value, even when InTouch is not right for that law firm. You will follow a structured qualifying checklist and decide - ‘pursue or park’.
Run discovery calls
Understand the prospect's world before you talk about InTouch. Carefully and politely, creatively tease out what we need to know in full. Maintain complete system notes and continuously improve the process. Good discovery is what makes the demo land.
Deliver tailored demos
Every demo is built around what you learned in discovery - not a generic product tour. You will show each firm exactly how InTouch solves their specific problems, in language that makes sense in their practice area.
Manage your pipeline
Own your deal stages, follow-up cadence, and win/loss tracking. The pipeline reflects reality at all times, not optimism. Nobody should have to chase you for an update.
Close and hand off cleanly
Convert signed proposals into well-prepared handoffs to our Customer Success team. How cleanly you hand over is part of how we measure you - a customer who arrives confused is not a win.
Feed product and marketing intelligence
Every discovery call surfaces insight about how law firms buy, what they fear, and what competitors are doing. You will capture that in a structured way after every call - it feeds our roadmap and our positioning.
What Success Looks Like
Month 1: You know the products intimately, you know our ICP segments in detail, and you have understood what good looks like from shadowing live deals. You are organising and running solo discovery calls.
Month 3: You are closing deals independently. Pipeline is clean, follow-up is on time, handoffs are smooth. The day-to-day pipeline is yours; only the very largest or most complex deals get escalated.
Month 12: You have materially increased the number of new firms we win each quarter, and the quality of your handoffs means Customer Success is helping firms succeed rather than firefighting problems created upstream.
Who We Are Looking For
You have run a B2B sales process before - ideally in SaaS, professional services technology, or a sector where the buyer is a senior professional with limited time and high standards. You know how to sell to someone who is sceptical of salespeople by default.
You run a clean pipeline. You know where every deal is, why it is there, and what needs to happen next, and you do not need to be chased for it. Process discipline is not admin you tolerate - it is how you win.
You run structured discovery and you genuinely listen. You ask good questions, you build the demo around the answers, and you are willing to tell a firm that InTouch is not the right fit rather than push a deal that will churn in six months. Commercial honesty is not a weakness here; it is the job.
You write clearly. Law firms are precise readers, and your follow-ups, proposals and summaries need to meet the standard they hold themselves to.
Experience in LegalTech or selling to Practice Managers and Managing Partners is a strong advantage. But process discipline, clear communication and commercial honesty matter more to us than a perfect CV.
