We’ve launched the Legalito integration for InTouch, giving conveyancing firms a more connected way to manage pre-contract enquiries. Teams can open Legalito directly from an InTouch matter, keep documents accessible, and handle enquiry work in one clearer workflow without the usual back-and-forth between systems.

Pre-contract enquiries can quickly become harder to manage when replies are spread across email chains, attachments and Word documents. The Legalito integration for InTouch is designed to bring that work into a shared system where teams can send, respond to and track enquiries with a clearer view of what is still outstanding.

With the integration in place, firms can launch Legalito from the matter in InTouch without having to download and re-upload files between systems.

Legalito Smart Enquiries supports issuing enquiries, receiving replies and maintaining a clear view of outstanding items. Firms can also reuse answers and enquiry precedents to avoid repeating the same drafting on every matter, work in Word when needed, and bring replies back into the same enquiry set to maintain a more complete record.

When replies arrive in different formats, Smart Enquiries can help match them back to the correct questions, making review and completion easier for the team.

The integration also supports firms that want help with document review as well as enquiries.

Legalito Smart Documents and Smart Reports can classify documents, detect inconsistencies, check lender handbook compliance and generate Word reports, including Source of Wealth verification outputs.

For firms already using Legalito, the integration makes it easier to connect that work with new matters in InTouch. Older Legalito outputs can also be added to the matter using the firm’s usual document filing process, so relevant documents can be kept with the file.
