Ready-made Wills and Probate workflows launch in InTouch

Expert-built Private Client workflows are now available natively in InTouch’s case management platform, giving Wills & Probate teams a stronger starting point from day one.

We’re pleased to share that InTouch has partnered with Charlotte Ponder, founder of WillComply and a recognised voice on private client governance and operational risk, to build a suite of Wills & Probate workflows now available directly within the platform.

Designed by Charlotte and built into InTouch, the workflows give firms a tested operational blueprint for Private Client matters from the moment they go live. Clients can adopt them as they are on day one or configure their own variants, making the setup suitable for private client specialists and for multi-disciplinary firms running conveyancing, private client, and other workstreams from a single system.

“Private Client teams have been underserved by case management software for too long,” said Charlotte Ponder, founder of WillComply. “What I’ve built with InTouch is the workflow I wish every firm had on day one; practical, compliant, and grounded in how Wills & Probate work actually gets done. Firms can pick it up and run with it, or shape it to fit how they practise. Either way, they start from a stronger position.”

The partnership is part of InTouch’s continued development as a platform for both conveyancing and wider multi-practice case management. By embedding specialist expertise into the product, firms do not have to start from a blank page when building workflows for Private Client work.

“Private Client is too important and too operationally distinct to treat as an afterthought,” said Dale Rounce, Co-Founder at InTouch. “Charlotte is one of the most respected voices in this space, and her workflows give our clients something genuinely rare: a head start. For private client specialists, it means a platform built around how they actually work. For multi-disciplined firms, it means they can run Wills & Probate alongside conveyancing without trade-offs.”

Charlotte brings nine years as a director of a national estate planning business and software provider to the partnership. She is a member of the Bar Council Money Laundering Working Group, is a trustee of Age UK Coventry & Warwickshire, and has previously sat on the Government’s Industry Working Group on electronic signatures. Through WillComply, she works directly with firms on governance, operational risk, and the realities of running compliant Private Client practices.
