InTouch is a all-in-one case management system that runs in the cloud that helps stakeholders in property transactions work more effectively.

Can InTouch deal with all types of property transactions?

Yes, InTouch comes with pre-configured worksflows for Residential transactions. For commercial transactions you can clone a residential workflow and configure to your requirements.

Can InTouch be used for other areas of law?

At its core, InTouch is a process management tool specifically aimed at the property industry. However, as our case management system is highly configurable you can configure it to suit your specific needs. We have clients that is using InTouch for all areas of law.

Do clients get access to their transactions?

Yes, clients get their own portal where you can share documents, milestones, & notes with them.

Can estate agents and/or other introducers access the platform?

You can invite any party you wish to track a matter, and by doing so you'll notice a down turn in progress chasing phone calls.

Is there an API?

Yes, there is an API and Webhooks available for our Enterprise customers.

How do I access InTouch?

InTouch is cloud based conveyancing system and as such it does not require any software to be downloaded or installed on your device. InTouch works well on tablets and mobile phones too.

How quickly can I setup my firm with InTouch?

It typically takes 3-8 weeks to get up and running.

Can I order searches through InTouch?

Yes, you can order searches with only a few clicks and once completed, they are automatically posted back to the matter. You can order searches from a number of different providers. If your provider is not already integrated, please point them in our direction.

Do I need to install software to use InTouch?

No, InTouch is cloud based, which means all staff members can access InTouch from any device at any time. Optionally, there are widgets for Microsoft Outlook & Word which help you attach emails and documents to cases more easily.

Are there any setup fees?

There is no set up fee.

Is there a minimum contract term?

Yes we have a minimum 12 month term.

Is tax included in the prices quoted?

Prices are exclusive of tax.

Is InTouch just for solicitors?

No, we have happy users who are Estate Agents, CLC conveyancers, Sales progression firms, Introducers, all areas of law practitioners, and property management firms.
