We are looking to grow our team and are recruiting a customer service representative to join our small but growing team.

Your role will be unique, as you won’t be tied to the phone all day. The majority of user support issues will involve correspondence over email with occasional screen shares and phone calls.

Responsibilities and duties

  • Answer emails
  • Understand the issue by asking follow-up questions to get to the bottom of the issue
  • Understand how each user uses the software
  • Become a product expert
  • Replicate issues in a test environment
  • Escalate issues appropriately
  • Educate users on the resources available to them
  • Be able to work around issues in a positive way
  • Maintain help documentation
  • Gather information on issues within the software


  • At least 1 years experience in a customer facing environment
  • Excellent communication, customer service and writing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Attention to details, ability to manage time effectively and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently
  • Problem solving skills

  • Think outside the box and for yourself
  • Proficient on the phone
  • Manage zoom calls and screen shares
