InTouch strengthens team with new Sales hire

InTouch has welcomed Adam Bridgman as Sales Executive, reflecting the company’s continued team growth and bringing added commercial strength to its award-winning case management platform for growing law firms.

We’re pleased to welcome Adam Bridgman to InTouch as Sales Executive. Adam brings experience in sales, business development and marketing, and joins as InTouch continues to strengthen its team around the platform.

Dale Rounce, Co-founder of InTouch, said:

“We’ve always been careful about how we grow the team, because every new person has a real impact in a business our size. We wanted someone who could add real commercial value, but who would also fit the way we work as a close-knit team. Adam brings strong experience across sales, business development and marketing, and we’re very pleased to have him on board as we continue to build the business.”

From the start, InTouch has been shaped by real-world frustrations with disconnected processes and poor communication. What began as a way to make the home-moving experience clearer and less fragmented has grown into an award-winning, multi-practice case management platform used by law firms in six countries.

As the platform has developed, so has the team behind it. One of the strengths of InTouch is the range of experience we bring together. Dale and Marvin Rounce remain hands-on as co-founders, keeping the business closely connected to clients and the realities of legal work. Peter Impey, our Legal Counsel, trained and practised as a solicitor at Dentons before spending more than a decade at Société Générale CIB in a senior systems role. Anthony Fernando, Director of InTouch Australia, brings experience across accounting, law and technology. Sophie Oxley has held senior marketing roles in legal software, including at Peppermint Technology, while Tom Lyes has spent more than 15 years working across the legal and technology sectors. Alongside Felicity Gordon, Tornike Kharaishvili and the wider team, that gives InTouch a strong blend of legal, commercial, technical and customer experience.

Adam joins InTouch with experience from EDSL UK and Perform365 Life, bringing a background in sales, business development and marketing across pipeline generation, outreach and commercial growth. He will help strengthen the commercial side of the business as InTouch continues to develop.

InTouch remains a close-knit, independent and remote-first business, and that continues to shape how we work. It allows us to bring in the right expertise, stay responsive, and keep decision-making close to the people using the system.
