End User Licence Agreement

In order to access your matters on InTouch ("Software"), there are some things you need to understand and agree to, and these are set out below.

1. Security, Data protection and Confidentiality

1.1 You must keep your user name and password for the Software secret, as you will be held responsible for all activity carried out using them.

1.2 The Internet is inherently susceptible to technical glitches and criminal activity. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted to or from Users using the Software.

1.3 We take the confidentiality of all information entered into the Software very seriously and our Data Protection Policy can be found at www.intouchapp.co.uk/privacypolicy. You should note, however, that we and our associates may sometimes need to access and use your information in order to operate and administer the Software. We also retain analyse, use and share some of this information in anonymous, filtered, or aggregate form for general business purposes.

2. General Conditions Applying to your Access to the software

2.1 The Software is our intellectual property and we reserve the right to terminate your access to it at any time.

2.2 You must not:

  • Use the Software for any purpose that is unlawful; harmful; threatening; defamatory; obscene; infringing; harassing; offensive; discriminatory; in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our server(s) or associated equipment; or in any manner that could interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Software.

  • Attempt, through hacking, password mining or any other means, to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Software, or to anyone else’s computer systems, accounts or information.

  • Take any actions involving the Software intended to permit yourself or anyone else to (i) profit from our work in creating it, (ii) alter or modify it, or (iii) circumvent, disable, damage or impair the Software’s control or security systems.

2.3 We cannot guarantee that your use of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

2.4 We cannot be held responsible for the actions of any third party using the Software, even if this involves the disclosure of your confidential information.
