Customer Terms and Conditions for InTouch Esignatures

By accepting these terms you confirm that Click 19 Ltd. is a service provider and does not form a party to any agreements signed with our software. You agree that Click 19 shall not be held responsible or liable for any agreements, or breaches of those agreements, signed through the software.

You further agree to Click 19 Ltd. having the right to contact you and use any data you upload, such as email address, to send communications to perform the services as a data processor, as defined by the Information Commissioner's Office.

You also consent to Click 19 Ltd. sharing information such as IP addresses, emails and names with any parties invited to sign the agreement, to provide signature authentication. Click 19 Ltd. does not accept any liability or responsibility for the sharing of that information.

Limitation of liability and privacy

Click 19 Ltd. does not in any way guarantee the legality of the electronic signature solution. Any information provided by Click 19 Ltd. on our website or other communications should not be seen as legal advice.

Click 19 Ltd. make no claim that electronic signatures through our service are either legally valid or enforceable under any jurisdiction. To ensure that any agreements executed electronically is legally valid you should confirm this yourself within your own specific jurisdiction.

Click 19 Ltd. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the fitness for a particular purpose, the implied warranties of merchantability and noninfringement.

Any risk associated with using the service is your sole risk, and service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

Click 19 Ltd., it’s partners, suppliers, directors and employees are not under any circumstances liable for any consequential, incidental, direct, indirect or other damages whatsoever (including, without limitation business interruption, loss of business information or damages for loss of business profits) arising from the terms of use, the use of or inability to use the site or services, content provided on the site, delay in use of the site or services or the provision of or failure to provide any products or services.
