Our implementation process considers your firm’s data, the best way to deliver training, and how your team works day-to-day to minimise disruption.

How InTouch implementation works

Most firms follow our implementation stages below in order. What changes is the detail that is unique to your firm’s operating models. For example, what integrations you need, whether you’re migrating data, and how many people need training.

  • Discovery

    Stage One

    We start with an exploratory call to understand how your firm works now, what’s getting in the way, and what “good” looks like once you’re up and running in InTouch.

    You’ll then have an online or in-person demo that focuses on your situation, covering the problems you’re trying to solve, the features you actually want to see (not a generic walkthrough), and practical implementation details. This will mean you’re clear on what’s involved and what happens next

  • Account setup

    Stage Two

    Once you’re ready to go ahead, we get your firm set up in InTouch. You’ll work with your account manager to make sure your setup matches what you need day to day.

    This stage is about getting the foundations in place, so the rest of the rollout has something solid to build on.

  • System configuration

    Stage Three

    We make sure everything is set up properly and working as it should. We’ll work closely with your IT department or technical lead to ensure integrations are connected and working correctly, email/domain settings are applied, Outlook/Word add-ins are downloaded successfully and working, and workflows are configured to match how your firm works day to day.

  • Data Migration

    Stage Four

    If you’re moving from another system, we’ll start by determining which data needs to move across and which doesn’t.

    If migration is included, we’ll handle the import, checks and validation and make sure the data is usable and accurate for the team.

  • Training and go-live

    Stage Five

    Training is based on how your team works in real life, not generic training that doesn’t fit your processes.

    This usually includes Super User training so there’s someone in your firm who knows the system well, team training session(s) for day-to-day use and support around go-live so the firm can run live matters confidently.

    You’ll also be provided with new-starter training resources, so onboarding future staff is easier.

  • Continued support and aftercare

    Post-Implementation

    Once you’re live, support continues. Your account manager will check in with the team to see how you’re progressing/

    We will provide updates on improvements and changes, webinar invites and access to up-to-date help documentation/videos so you can make changes in InTouch yourself.
